735XT connect with 4iiii crank power meter

hi, has anyone had issues connecting a Garmin Forerunner 735XT watch to a 4iiii Precision 105 R7000 Left Power meter? I see alot of posts re the Stages power meter giving connection issues. just wondering before i spend the cash!
