My 735xt won't power on. If I hold the power button, the Garmin logo screen appears but it won't load any further and shuts down. I have tried both soft and hard resets but neither has worked. Furthermore, when I connect the device to my laptop, it is not recognised, i.e. it doesn't appear in any format. Garmin Express does not recognise the device either.
Just prior to this, my battery was very low and the watch died. I tried to charge it subsequently, both via electric mains and via laptop, for a number of hours, but it did not charge (no charge screen appears).
Any advice on how to fix the issue is much appreciated.
