Forerunner 735xt not syncing activity onto Garmin Connect

HI!

My Forerunner 735xt is not syncing to Garmin Connect. It was fine during my last run (Thursday) but it has not transferred my run from Saturday. I have tried turning bluetooth off and on on both my phone and my watch. I have tried turning off both my phone and my watch. I have tried plugging my watch directly into my computer and logging into Garmin Connect that way. I have tried removing the device and re-adding it to my Garmin Connect - but no luck so far.

Looks like Garmin Connect was updated n Friday night - not sure if that could be part of the problem?

what happens when you import an activity from within Garmin Connect Web ?

I am not sure how to do this - I have tried to see my watch on my laptop (it's a chromebook) but I can't see the garmin as a folder to access any data when it is plugged in (but it is charging).

Any thoughts?

try at first another usb cable, so your cbook sees your watch as a drive

from GCW import your fit file
