735XT GCM on iOS and VO2max data recording

My 735XT is correctly calculating my VO2max and uploading to GC as a most recent value.  However, when I look at the last 4 weeks, 6 months or 12 months, I only see the values at the end of each period.  For example, when viewing the last 4 weeks I only see 4 data points, those being the VO2max values on the Sunday of each week.  When viewing the past 6 months I only see 6 data points, the values at the end of each month and nothing in between.   Is there a setting to increase the resolution of the data being displayed in order to view all data points between the end of a week or month?

  • I know this doesn't exactly answer your question, but you could use the free site https://runalyze.com, which syncs with Garmin Connect. If you add the 'VO2Max (by file)" column to the activity list, you'll see the Garmin VO2Max at the end of each activity. The bonus is that you get to see fractional VO2Max (to 2 decimal places), whereas Garmin rounds VO2Max to the nearest whole number.

One downside is that site doesn't work very well on mobile, although you can use it on a phone if you have to.
