735XT no longer vibrating for notifications, alarms, move alert, or start activity - any suggestions?

All of a sudden, my 735XT has stopped vibrating. I noticed when I woke up late after my alarm didn't go off, but then tested it for notifications, move alert, and tried to start activity. I can't think of anything I could have done to break the functionality (I took a bath, but it's waterproof). I even restarted the phone completely. Any suggestions?

My watch was exactly like yours. It just stopped vibrate after I’ve charged it. Have you got any answers?

Weird thing mines started vibrating again after 3 months of nothing. Bizarre.

One thing that worked for me to re-enable text notifications in the watch after the iOS update to 13.3:

settings>notifications>Messages>options>show previews>always.
