Invalid FIT File

I have just completed the Aberfeldy 1/2 Ironman using the 735xt. Using the Triathlon activity type, it was recording all the data as I went along, but now as I try to upload the file it is showing, "invalid" in History and continues to error when I try and sync.

Any suggestion please, as I am gutted to lose all this data

ps, the map is on the watch showing my my swim, bike & run

    Perfect! My cycling gps also failed on me the first 7km, so now I can finally check the real results. I see you also matched T2 with the real result. Great, thanks!

    Last weekend I made the same mistake again.....pressed the lap button during cycling. This time after 10 minutes instead of right after starting cycling. No clue how this happens exactly, I already wore it a bit more tight. Anyway, can someone please fix it again? I would appreciate it very much.

    Bike: 1:02:54
    T2: 1:41
    Run: 43:17
    --------------------
    Total: 2:08:54

    I also pressed T1 in and out wrong, but that's not a real problem. It just the 60 minute T2 that I don't like.

    Thanks Mike,

    This looks great, but there seems to be a small issue with the cycling distance, this shows as 49.82km. which it was 39.xx km. My average speeds look great though ;).

    Yes indeed, no clue what I was looking at before. It's correct. I think I expected to see details in the title above the map change, when clicking on 1 discipline. But it's indeed below.

    Hello - I just finished a triathlon on Saturday and I am unable to sync the triathlon activity to Garmin Connect. I am able to view this on my Forerunner 935 (Last Sport Widget) but it does not sync to Garmin Connect. I have tried a 3rd party FIT file repair tool but when I tried to reupload the file, I just got a different error (Invalid File as opposed to Unsupported File Type).

    Any help would be appreciated.
