Unable to view Activity in Connect App (iPhone) since using HRM Tri

Hi,
so, now i got myself the HRM Tri, it works fine with my 735XT.
BUT!
Since i am using the HRM Tri, i can not view my Activites (Running) in the Connect App on my iPhone. On the Main page (My Day) it shows me the activity, but when i click on it, it says unknown at the top and a yellow text saying (not exact, translated from german)

Loading the data for this activity is not possible
Drag to refresh

What do i do wrong? Online i can see all the data, also in the Strava App. Thanks Peter

I think that it's better to continue in German...

Da bei Garmin Connect im Web alles zu finden ist, bei Strava und sicher auch auf der Uhr, bleibt ja nur ein Problem mit der App. Mit der hatte ich auch mal Theater, allerdings was anderes und auf Android. Neu installiert, alles wieder schick. Ich kenne den Gurt jetzt nicht, ich selber verwende seit 2 Tagen den HRM Run, aber der Tri macht doch nichts anderes, als die Pulswerte zwischenzuspeichern, oder?

Thanks Carmen, the problem just solved itself, dont know why.

But, new day, new problem. Had a interval run yesterday, look at my pace:

Ist das nur in der App oder auch im Web? Die vertikale Achse zeigt ja komplett Müll an. Im Moment scheint Garmin wieder ziemliche Probleme zu haben. Am Sonntag konnte ich meinen Lauf gerade noch syncen, danach war das System bei denen platt. Mit der Folge, daß auch nicht automatisch mit Runalyze synchronisiert wurde. Da mußte ich am Montag die Datei von Hand hochladen.
