Virb remote widget broken

The Virb remote widget in the 735XT seems to be broken. It connects to the Virb, keeps connected for about a minute and then appears to disconnect, displaying "Searching". Then after about 30 seconds reconnects by itself and keeps connected for another minute and the cycle repeats. I can swear it worked ok until one of the recent firmware updates, but since I use this feature rarely I cannot pinpoint the exact version it got broken.

Is anyone experiencing similar issues?

For the record:
1. I use the old Virb Elite cam, latest firmware.
2. On my FR735XT I have the 9.20 firmware currently. Haven't downloaded the latest 9.30 yet, so cannot tell if it makes any difference.

I haven't been able to replicate this on a Forerunner 735XT. Which VIRB are you using?

Virb Elite. Yeah, I know it's old. But it used to work.

Just to be exact: Only the widget exhibits this kind of issue. When I enter the Virb data screen during an activity, the connection remains stable.

Maybe it's the camera and not the watch at fault after all.

Looks like a master reset of the camera solved the issue with the remote widget.

Update: Reset solved the problem until I re-paired the tempe. After that the problem returned. Once I disabled tempe in the virb, the connection to the remote widget remains stable. So it's the virb at fault here, which has ANT+ problems once a tempe is paired.
