9.20 update wiped out history of activities and add-ons!

Hello there,

just as in the title... carried out firmware update from 9.10 to 9.20yeaterday and it wiped out history of activities, custom watch faces and data fields. The user and activity setting fortunately were preserved.

Any comments, Garmin?!

I also got the 9.20 update but everythung is still there

My update, performed on Feb 21, went smoothly over GCM for Android. Today got another update which also installed without problems.

Mine was fine via the connector. Does anyone know what the "other" update today was for?

Dear Alex,
I'm talking about firmware update of the watch unit. Not GCM app.

You can update firmware via the GCM app. I guess it has happened now, so just reset up the watch and go for a run. It has happened to me in the past, but it only takes a short time to get it back as it was

That's what I meant, firmware updates to the watch. There was 9.20 update and later another one.

MrZigi, sorry that you experienced things getting reset on your device. Do you recall what Connect IQ content was installed on your device when it reset?

The 'other' update that your received was likely a GPS chipset update that recently came out.
