Gym Boot camp style workouts

Hi Everyone,
I am new to Garmin having moved from Fitbit for more extensive stat's on my adventure races and training.
The watch and HRM are performing perfectly for the running, hiking and cycling - no issues at all.
But I do a lot of bootcamp style gym sessions to keep strong. However, I cannot find a way to track these either on the watch or via an app.
As it is a class I do not know the predetermined activities to set up a custom workout.
So my question is, does anybody know of a way to select a gym workout and it just monitor heart rate, calories and time?
