Notification overload!!

Hi All, A recent update seems to have enabled notifications on my 735 to show/vibrate every single facebook tag, email, spam email, whats app etc. Previously it was just calls, whatsapp, fb meagerness. this had made notifications unusable, as it keeps showing spam or general background email messages

How can i selectively disable notifications, to only have whatsapp and calls?

Found it. Garmin Connect, settings, smart notifications

LOL yep, me too, sheesh.
Just went onto Garmin Connect app on my phone and turned the hectic ones off again. I see they added a lot more possibilities for what notifications get sent though so much more customizable than before.
