735xt has switched off, won't turn on.

Hi,

My 735xt has switched off & won't turn back on.

The battery was at about 85% this morning & everything was working fine.

But now it has turned off & even after plugging it back into the charger it is still dead.

I have only had it for a month.

Any suggestions before I call the suppier in the morning? I have tried holding the power button for 15secs, nothing.

Had this problem with an older Garmin. I put in on the charger long enough for a full charge. Then I may have had to press and hold the power button a little longer than usual to get it to turn on. You could also try to plug it into the usb port of a computer and try turning it on while plugged in.

I haven't tried plugging it into the PC. It's been charging all night & still won't turn on with long presses or short presses. I'll try the PC now.
