Problem with the time format

Hi again

This is my second post and my second complaint.

I have set the clock to the 24-hour style, but sometimes it changes to the 12-hour. It seems it is when it connects to the phone (I deactivated the autoupdate option) and now when I updated the apps (which were lost because of the upgrade)

Does anybody know how to fix this?

It is annoying going to change it every time

Make sure that in Garmin Connect it is not overwriting the settings on the watch. Click the 735xt device settings, time format. Same for Garmin Express.

ok! i found the settings in the connect, but not in the express
