Is there a way of combinging an interval training with a moral run session into one recording? Say I'm running to a track, running and interval at the track, then running home. I'd like all these in one and not three separate recordings.
The other way is program a workout for the intervals and put in a warm up and warm down which continues until a press of the lap key. Then just run to the track and as you start the intervals press the lap key.

This is what I do. Just keep in mind that if your intervals are longer than the distance you have Autolap set to you will still get Autolap alerts unless you turn it off before starting. If you do turn Autolap off then you won't get them during the warm up and cool down portions.
Personally I like having the alerts, but when the default behavior changed a lot of people didn't like it. Of course you could also make a custom profile with Autolap turned off that you use for interval workouts so you won't have to remember to turn it on and off depending on what type of run you're doing.
