Forerunner 735 XT crashes, restarts on charge and crashes again

charge is above 60%, unit starts up then simple turns itself off within 10 seconds. Faulty unit or is there a reset I can utilise. Has there been an update that is causing this?

Can you actually charge it? So can you get the battery gauge level to go up? Maybe the gauge is wrong.

If you connect to a computer does the display change to the one with the black background and then can you see the files on the watch?

What firmware version do you think you are on?

Its takes charge but then fails to take a charge.

It won't connect to the computer, can't get it to stay 'on'

Not sure about firmware version. I update using iPhone so should be current version.

Managed a reset using power, start and lap buttons. Still turns itself off.

Frustrating.
