Not charging...cable pins warm...

I've been using my 910xt and it's worked so well for so many years.

Using the same usb charger, with the new cable, isn't charging the watch at all.
I'm really disappointed. Tried hard resets but to no avail. Running SW v3.20 (i think. watch is totally out of battery so i cannot verify it).
Plugging it into my computer also isn't working.

Any help, Garmin team?

If you are using a wall charger you don't get a charging screen. With the default watchface you should have a might charging icon, and you won't see anything with most CIQ watchfaces.

Watch the battery level as it should be going up.
