735xt not charging

My 735xt is not charging. Any help?

You must take care that the Charging-Device is not to strong in Ampere. If I use my normal Mobile-Charger nothing happens. Try to plug in a USB-Port of your PC

Just replied on another thread on that. It should charge fine on any USB charger. It works with my iPad charger (with the additional "block") which surely has more amps than a mobile phone only one.
