Intensity widget screen not cumulative

I've had my watch since Wednesday. According to Garmin Connect I've racked up 180 intensity minutes. However my watch widget often shows 0 but when I click through using the top right button to "this week" graph it will then show the minutes correctly. Sometimes it will show the most recent workout on the first widget screen, but sometimes it just reads zero. I assume this is a bug? (For example, right now the widget screen is reading 44 out of 150 from my run I've just completed but my weekly graph on my watch is correct at around 180 mins). Also twice now as I have scrolled through to the weekly breakdown the watch has crashed and had to restart.

Any one else having this problem?

Thanks, Melanie

OK - I've had more time to play now and realise the intensity minutes app on the watch is very buggy. If I charge / connect the watch to my laptop either all or some of the intensity minutes on the watch disappear. For example intensity minutes for a particular run vanish. All is correct on GC however. It's really beginning to irritate!

For example currently on my watch I have intensity minutes for Wed, Thurs and Sunday (today) but Tuesday's and saturday's have vanished. The watch shows 71 intensity mins for the week, compared with GC's 240 mins.

If I leave the screen on the watch showing the graph of the week's intensity minutes it reboots itself - as I write this it's just happened.

Anyone else having this problem or is it just me?

Note you have to select Intensity minutes to show it on your watch face - it is hidden by default.

    Thanks, Melanie

    bump!

the intensity widget on the watch is still not working properly. I understand that this is not a 735 specific problem but I find it incredible that a bug like this remains unsolved for over 2 months now…

Me too. Really is annoying. Intensity minutes vanish if you charge the watch (I have the 735xt) and even just vanish randomly at least once per day. Wednesday Thurday and Fridays intensity minutes have disappeared from the graph on watch and the watch is again reading 0 minutes..Monday is still proudly showing. I have done 471 minutes so far this week. GC app on phone confirms this, but the watch is showing 0 minutes even although Mondays graph is still there. The intensity minutes widget on the watch would actually be better just not being there.

Couple of other issues I am experiencing is that the move bar does not vibrate when cleared(vivoactive and Fenix 3 did)....and also there is no "nap" feature like the vivoactive and Fenix 3 had.....whats that about, are not meant to take a nap during the day? ( I work shifts) There are a few issues and no response from Garmin (i emailed over a week ago) regarding future updates, or at least that they are working on them......I might be sending this back and going back to the old faithful vivoactive.

I have also owned the Fenix 3 and that had exact same problem re the intensity minutes...I actually sent it back because I thought that was an issue with the watch.
