Broken watch case AGAIN!

This is the second broken case on the 645.  The last one Garmin replaced for shipping and tax.  That was April, 2021. Now just short of two years, it's broken again.  This time they want $120!  Has Garmin moved to a subscription service?  If the design or manufacturing method was defective, they should be continuing to replace the defective watch or offer a non-defective replacement.

  • Ugh, one of the main problems with the 645. I'd probably pass on the $120 since it's old at this point and it seems they really aren't fixing the issue. I had my watch snag on my coat recently and I almost thought it was going to break again. I like the Garmin watches so I'd probably get another Garmin but the bugs and QC is sketchy.
