There is no "native" running power on the FR945. I have one and have to install a ConnectIQ app to track power. And I highly doubt the FR645 family will get any sizable feature updates, it seems underpowered for anything more teaching of the device. (I have a FR645 as well)

I think estimating power, trying to decouple hand and body movement is very difficult.
Just for context, "native" running power on Garmin devices still requires an external sensor, it just means that you don't need the CIQ app, and also that power-based workouts, power alerts, etc. are now supported in run mode. "Native" in this case is referring to software, not hardware.
Also, I'm pretty sure 245, 745 and 945 don't support native running power. It is supported on 255 and 955, and it's coming to 945 LTE eventually.
