Garmin 645 , not charging

Hi, Anyone have this issue with their watch before?

My watch is stuck on 19% and when I attached the charger it doesn't display charging or any connection. I've tried cleaning the contacts and restarting the watch a few times but same issue. Watch has been on 19% for 2 days now. Prior to this issue when I would plug the watch to my PC it wouldn't sync and transfer  / remove music.... Not sure if this is related ?

Any assistance would be appreciated.

    Hello! When you disconnect the watch, does it show/work like normal but battery percentage stays the same? Can I have you try the following to get it to charge properly?

     First, please make sure your watch is not connected to the charging cable.  Next, we'll need to perform a hard reset of the watch.  To perform a hard reset, press and hold the power button on your watch.  Ignore the "Power Off" question (or controls menu) on your watch and the assistance alert screen (if that is a feature on your model of watch), just continue holding the power button pressed down until the screen goes blank.  Once this occurs, you may release the button.  Next, plug your power cable into a computer (desktop or laptop).  Finally, connect your watch to that power cable.  That should prompt the watch to boot up normally and begin charging.

    Having exact same problem and have tried Garmin-Isabella's suggestion of hard reset. Watch turns on but will not charge. Any help to fix this will be much appreciated. Tks
