What GARMIN 645 is good for?

Garmin 645 completely useless for gym use.
First of all, it doesn't even have an app to keep up with strength training.

Secondly, you can't rely on heart rate measurements - gym equipment shows a completely different heart rate, which is more reliable, because at high load GARMIN shows 60bpm.

Why should I sleep with a sports watch on when all I can learn in the morning is how many hours I slept. Of course, I would like to know how my body has recovered overnight or how I can improve my sleep, or some other analysis that would be useful for me, but unfortunately this watch is not able to show that.

Not good for sports, not good for everyday.
Buying this watch is a waste of money.

  • It's called a ForeRUNNER, not a ForeGYMUSE or a ForeSLEEPER. It's several years old now, and there may be newer watches that have greater functionality. But it serves its purpose for those who run.

  • Agree! Use it for years now for running and very happy with it. Long lasting battery, music (645M) accurate GPS and good heart rate measurement. Only 1 or 2 beats/minute off when I simultaneously measure through the gym-equipment. So try to find out if you wear it properly...
