Connect IQ Watch faces failing on FR645M

For the last several weeks my FR645M has been shutting down connect IQ watchfaces, and substituting a small "IQ!" icon on the screen. I delete them and reinstall, sometimes they work for a day or two, sometimes not.. Rinse, repeat.

I haven't contacted Garmin yet - anyone else having this experience and found a fix?

Have you already tried a reboot?

Since posting the question I got online with Garmin, tried a bunch of things, in the end only a full system reset to original condition fixed the problem.

The same happens to me now, would you please suggest what have you tried before the full system reset (as I don't really want to set up all my headsets and sensors. Thanks!

I no longer have that watch, don’t recall exactly but I would have tried all the delete / reinstall / reboot options before contacting Garmin, and they ran me through them as well. Nothing worked except the full reset.
