Corrupted FIT File

Hello - wondering if anyone can help with a corrupted fit file (attached). I've tried the various online tools, but no luck. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

There was an odd session 1 at the very start, which I needed to merge with the running session 2.

Could you give us some background on this? What type of activity was it? Run, ride, multi-sport event? What was the actual time and distance? Did anything unusual happen during this activity, such battery died, watch crashed, powered off/on, lost GPS, etc.? I was able to repair it so that it is accepted by Garmin Connect, however the numbers are not right

Thanks for the reply. It was a run, total distance 3 km; actual time 16:31 min. I was able to get it into Garmin Connect as well but the data is not correct at all. The GPS location data seems complete but the other data seem to stop before the end of the GPS track. The other data appears to stop where my watch autopaused at a road.
