Help: Understanding pace notifications while running

Hi. I'm new to GPS watches, Garmin and even running.

Since the begging of Covid-19 I've being trying to run more and I can tell that I already improve as I now can run 5k without stopping.

That's why I got a Garming watch, to help me improve. Since 2 weeks ago I'm using the amazing couching feature to archive running under better time but I struggle to understand 2 functions:

First: after complete a lap I received up to 3 notifications indicating me about the pace (don't know if actual or AVR, look the latest): Can I change the quantity of these notifications?

Second: I am suppose to run between a pace range, sometimes I know I'm running inside this range but the watch indicates that my pace is faster or slower that it should be, you know, the notification which is green or red and indicates the pace (again, don't know if actual pace or AVR): I wonder if this notification can be improve like to add an arrow or something that indicates that if I should run slower or faster.

As a new user its frustrating that I don't know what to do with the notification. Yes I understand that when the notification is in red something its wrong, but Garmin should tell me how to correct this, and if the notification is green, should tell me if I can improve even better doing something.

Thank you
