Anyone struggling to install the 7.0 firmware update?

I've restarted the PC, restarted the 645M, and re-installed Garmin Express but the update won't complete. "There was an error installing this update." Any suggestions?

I've had to reset my 645M back to factory settings a few times already... I'll be disappointed if that's the only way to proceed.

Had you checked there's some free space on the watch as in my experience it doesn't clean up the Activity folder automatically. I don't have the 645 anymore but I had a reminder in my calendar to delete all the old activities every month when I was using one.

I experienced the same problem. In the end I solved it with "remove everything and restore factory settings". Did you also choose for this option or only "restore to factory settings"?

I hate doing this so I'll live with out the update if I can't resolve it by some other means. At least until I have to update it.

Thanks everyone for suggestions. The problem resolved itself after about week. Not sure why.
