During the first week in Oct. my watch hit the ground, I thought the wristband had come undone but found the lug had cracked/broken, Looking on this site I found the link about contacting Garmin which gave info on replacement - so I did the request, was contacted via email, received link with mailing label & instructions on return. 1 week later a replacement (refurbished unit) arrived. Have now given it 3 weeks of use & everything is fine, Thank you customer support at Garmin.
