So yeah, the question is in the title; did a 22 miler today and when I pressed save the watch hard crashed.
Went up to charge it, it still had something like 33% batter according to the charger when I stuck it on; but the history didn't have my run.
I guess I'm out of luck - just wanted to ask before I gave up on the run.
Connect you 620 via USB to your computer and look to see if you have anything in the \Garmin\Activity folder. You should be able to locate the file based on the date. Then drag and drop the file onto this…
This one was recovered using FItFileTools section remover, which is a free online tool. I just ran it through that without any adjustments and came up with this 20.4-mile run.

Awesome, so the .fit file is there, but when I go to upload it I get a blue progress bar but I didn't get either message and the activity never seemed to import. Attached is the zipped fit file - I'd appreciate any help you might be able to provide.
