Replacement Keeper - Q3

My band keeper broke.

Buy a generic on Amazon. New band, new keeper, super cheap. Got it.
Buy a new OEM Garmin 645/M band with keeper. Got it.
Buy a new OEM Garmin 645/M keeper.

I want #3, a new OEM Garmin 645/M keeper all buy itself. On the Garmin US site they list for $3.00 replacement keepers for about five different watches.

On is PART NUMBER S00-00887-00, a keeper for Vivosmarts.

Is there a part number for the 645/M keeper? Has anyone bought a Garmin Keeper for the 645/M from Garmin?

I went on the US Forerunner 645/M support page. Clicked "Chat", a rep come on and confirmed my email address and the watch serial number. Then emailed me a link to the Garmin store for my 'free…

I went on the US Forerunner 645/M support page. Clicked "Chat", a rep come on and confirmed my email address and the watch serial number. Then emailed me a link to the Garmin store for my 'free' replacement order. I confirmed the details, clicked, and the free replacement is on its way.

On the order page the 645/M Keeper was listed as part #S00-01160-00

Garmin came through. After a couple days a small package arrived. It had two new keepers in it. Thank you.

I followed this procedure & also received the "band keepers" in several days. Thanks Garmin & thanks Chris for detailing the steps

Thanks, I’ve done the same (but on NZ support site). One is being mailed to me in 7-10 business days.
