Amazon Music not working

Hi,

I’ve been using my 645M since December and loving it.

Just recently two of my three Amazon Music playlists disappeared. Now the third has gone too.

I can’t Browse or Sync any music on to the watch. It either says that there is no connection to my phone (there is) or that the memory is full (it’s not - I deleted all history just in case and only have a handful of podcasts on it).

when I Sync and it connects to WiFi, it gets to about 2% and then says complete, but still no music.

Any advice would be great!

I have the same problem with my 645M.  I was able to load a 35 songs playlist the first time (from Amazon).

Now, even after deleting the 35 songs I had previously loaded, it keeps saying the watch memory is full (it's completely empty).

If you find an answer please share.

    Thanks,

  • I've had a similar experience where it tells me it's out of storage,

even though I've deleted everything . In fact, in the About screen, it told me I had 105% (yes over 100) of my storage available.

I've also seen this weird image - not sure what it means.

As far as a workaround, I found I had to delete the Amazon widget via Garmin Express and reinstall it for things to work again.

  • Hi, had the same problem. Apparently download data fragments remain in the music storage if a playlist Sync is interrupted. Even deinstalling the Amazon app doesn‘t help. Finally only a total reset of the watch (incl deleting all data) fixed the issue. Learned lesson: Never sync a playlist larger than 150 tracks and never interrupt the syncing...
