What is the appropriate way to track an indoor HIIT workout on the Forerunner 645?

New to using this device. I'm not seeing an activity profile that I can add that would match High Intensity Interval Training. I'm thinking "Cardio", "Strength" or "Other" would maybe be an approximate substitution...? A secondary issue is that if I choose any of these for the workout it doesn't show up on the Training Effect report on my Dashboard. Seems it has to be some type of run to show up there.
