i am trying to understand why my watch says detraining after a repeat pace training tonite . Just two days ago it said "peak" after a 10 miles run. Just some background: i lost about 8kg in one month (without feeling hungry) in order to finally run half a marathon below 1:30. (PB on 1:30:54)This month i increased the workload in miles and my pace increased significantly.
Any thoughts on that?
