Delete music/playlist from 3rd party provider (Amazon)

I installed the Amazon Music app on my 645M and downloaded two playlists. I now want to delete one of the playlists (and associated songs). How do I do it?????

In Garmin Express none of the songs/playlists from Amazon show up in the 'Forerunner 645 Music' section.

The Music Apps section just lists Amazon Music and allows me to remove the app (not change any music within it).

Figured it out. When the playlists are displayed on the watch you have to scroll down and you'll see an edit option.
