Screen flickering

Hello guys!

So i got this watch less than a week ago and ive started to notice the screen flicker and turn black. But when i push it down it starts working properly for a bit and then again.

What would you recommend to do.

Same problem here. I'm going to try to return it for warranty replacement if I can ever get through to support. Seems like a hardware problem.

Update: Chatted with support. They immediately identified it as a known issue that has been fixed on newer units. They will send me a new one once I send it back. Suggest talking to them to get an RMA.
