No pulse or cadence

My Forerunner 645 M does not record any pulse on the wrist (the lights won't light up) and the watch didn't record any cadence on my latest run. It won't even record my steps. These problems came after I updated the watch to 5.9 last night. Does anyone have similar problems?

try this...

restart the device by press and hold the light button untill your screen goes compleet dark

remember to sync the time after power on when it does not sync time automagically

checked your tracking settings ?

mmm, install the beta and check again

not working, do a full reset

not working, call Garmin Support and tell them about your mishap
