Garmin Pay activation hangs before card details

Hello,

I'm trying to activate Garmin Pay for my Forerunner 645. As soon as I select card type (Visa, MC,...), the screen goes blank and won't proceed further.

This problem has been reported ad nauseam in Reddit but not here. Have you encountered the problem?

This is something we have sen other reports of from Android users and we are actively working on a permanent solution. Thank you for your patience in the meantime.

Have the same problem with compatible cards and Android - 3 years later! Has this been fixed?
