Select specific app notifications

Is there a way to select the type of app notifications I get on the Forerunner 645M?

As you can see below, I can only select All notifications or Calls only. It would be great if I could pick the specific apps that I get notifications from to my watch.

Yes via the Connect app - Settings -> Smart Notifications & you get this screen.

That looks like an Android phone. There's no "Smart notifications" option on the iPhone. The only option is "notifications" which is the phone notifications and that's not what I need.…

Smart notifications is not appearing in my settings. I only can only set notifications from Garmin. initially I got smart notifications but this has stopped and I am not sure why. Any ideas?
