Please help me solve a problem with transferring audio

Hi. I’ve tried to add audio files on my device on many occasion during the last few of days, not succeeding. The Express app seems to work as usual, and it also gives ”Transfer ok” notification, but in the end, nothing really transfers. I’ve tried this with both music and audiobooks many times, and the result is always the same: one minute ”Unknown” file in the device’s Music/Audiobook folder in Express, nothing on the device itself.

The problem came out of nowhere, and before this I haven’t got any issues with syncing audio material (if you count out Spotify app, but that’s another story…).

I’ve tried to re-install the Express app and empty the Express folder on my MacBook’s Library, but it does nothing. The Express is at the newest FW, as well as the device. Any idea what to try next?

    Seems that the whole thing was due to an invalid file that "blocked" the transfer somehow. Going back to factory settings did the trick.
