Issues with JBL Reflect Mini 2 ?

I am using JBL Reflect Mini 2 with my FR645M. All perfect, except I cannot turn down volume with the "-" key on the headset. I however can turn up volume with "+", and i can regulate volume on the watch.

Also, with two other headsets i testet (Sony) , volume regulation works without any problem.

When pairing the JBL with my Samsung S6, + and - volume keys on the JBL headset also work perfectly.

Seems to be just the combination of 645 + JBL reflect mini 2. Anyone having the same combination who can comment on this (experienced this with FW 5.60 and 5.70, no experince with older FW). Reset of headset did not help, neither did (soft) reset and unpair/repair with my watch.

Update: two FR245M users report exactly the same issue in their forum section for latest FW.

I noticed the same problem yesterday. It is a new bug with the 5.60+ firmware, as I didn't have this problem previously.

After the last FW 5.6 and 5.7 on garmin 645, the headset JBL does not work the button to increase volume, the other commands of the headset are all working. I have two JBL headphones and both have the same problem. on the iPhone the commands work normally.

I have the same problem too, only 5 days ago the down volume button stopped working on my JBL Reflect Mini 2 with my FR645M

No - it would be very helpful if someone from Garmin could comment on such bug reports, just saying something like "we know it, it'll be fixed with next FW". I can still send back my JBL, what I'll probably do since I don't know if and when the bug will be removed....

I downloaded beta 5.73, but the problem with the "+" button on the JBL headphones (Inspire, Focus 500 and 110BT) continues - does not work
