I am getting angry ???????? with the constant craziness in Elevation Data. I run in flat park by the sea and it gets me several meters underwater and several meters flying!!! PLEASE GARMIN LET US DISABLE ABC ALTOGETHER
From my observations, the problem is not the barometric readings as when I look at a spot elevation at a known altitude such as the top of a mountain the value is near perfect. I believe the problem is the algorithm that works out total climb.
Same here, the barometric reading is mostly fine for me. I use smart recording as every second recording make thinks worse.My problem is that the barometric reading stop working during activity (not always though), but if I press stop/start it start working again. This means it's most likely a software issue.
