I bought the Fenix 5 Plus (This is valid for 645M as well) just for syncing my Spotify Playlists from my computer/phone. Unfortunately I've run into a problem I hope the forum could aid me in. The watch lets you choose one music provider at a time to use. You can't use your own music and Spotify App at the same time by mixing two playlists. Therefore I need to switch Music Provider if I want to listen to my own music files.
I tried to import my local stored music files on my computer by adding them to Spotify and then sync the playlist to the watch. Unfortunately the watch only sync songs in the playlists belonging to Spotify, not your local files.
That leaves me with two options.
1. Switch music provider in the middle of a training session if I want to listen to my own music. Not practical at all. Would be great to have all music in one folder and have the option to shuffle songs from your own music and Spotify Playlists.
2. Find where the Spotify data is stored on the watch and try adding my music manually. I'm not sure this is possible. The Spotify App data may be encrypted. Where is the data stored on the watch?
