Please try hard resetting your device by holding the power button in until the display goes blank. You can then turn the device on like normal and try to sync as you normally would.This issue occurred once for me while beta testing and this resolved it.
This actually worked for me. It was first giving me wifi connection errors. I had to install crt file, which was shown in the other thread. afterwards it was getting stuck at 0% and after restarting my device a few times, it finally managed to get the download going

New Spotify App on IQ
Again first six months, 100% sync. After some update spotify Syncing is a horrible broken problem.
Any wild conspiracy theories? 645/M hardware? Garmin software? Spotify App?
When I contacted tech support they blamed it on my WiFi router (to be fair, tech support was nice, but didn't help with the problem.)
I have guessed hardware and have been thinking about abandoning ship and getting a Fenix 5 Plus...it has 100% of the 645/M functionality in a slightly more modern hardware. But over on their forum folks are not able to regularly sync their spotify.
Fenix 6? FR 945? Is there any Garmin product that is known for always syncing spotify, without fail?
(BTW: go ahead, I'll be angry but I'm expecting it. The people who write "mine works fine."....you are the ones who never have drop outs when where you watch on your right wrist too.)

Everyone's 645/M spotify sync failure stories are unique. Mine almost always fails three times and on the fourth it downloads.
