remember, if you get it OTA (phone or wifi) by default it will install "tonight". On the watch, under Settings>System>Software Updates, you can see if it's there and waiting to install, and install it right away.
I just tried and go an error saying my memory is full and I have to delete activities. The watch has 4gb memory and only 1/3 is taken up with songs.
Same for me, as reported in the past the watch doesn't automatically clean up old synced activities so I do a manual clean up at the start of every month. Even with that I had to delete some more to let the update install.
Will see how it behaves in the morning heading to parkrun.
If to judge by my first activity with v3.70 - better that you cannot update.
The watch went crazy, and even though I waited ~7 minutes after GPS ready, accuracy was the worst I've seen, and on the 2nd half the run, I received the "GPS ready" notification 13 times (I counted). After I ended the activity and before I saved it - "GPS ready" appeared another 4 times in about 1 minute.
I just got my hands on a F5S+ so I took that along for a short run. The FR645 (which normally is very solid) was quite off. I noticed it from the first autolap. The F5S+ was spot on (where the FR645 normally would beep) whereas the FR645 got more and more behind.
This is not normal for FR645 - at least this is not what I have seen from it untill now. When the run was done I had 5,01 km vs 4,91 km. F5S+ (5,01 km) was right. So the FR645 missed 100 meters. I thought it was maybe related to me having the FR645 on my right wrist. But with your post, I'm not so sure that was it. I know 100 meters are not much, but the FR 645 never measured wrong before...?!
