Extreme battery drain and heartrate flatline of 59 bpm

Hi,

I have a problem with my forerunner 645M and I'm writing this to get to know if more people encounter this problem.

My Forerunner works good, with a full battery I can hold 7 days when only activity tracking.
Now the strange part:
Sometimes the battery drains extremely (20% in 6 hours). The watch acts a little slow when scrolling trough widgets and my heart rate is mostly on 59 bpm. If I look in the Garmin connect app, I see flat lines of 59 bpm. I had this several days. 2 times I returned the watch in to factory defaults, every time with now effect. A return request was planned.

I had this with the last 3.1 firmware and was planning to return my watch, but due to the install of the last software update the problem was gone.
Gone for a moment.
The problem sometimes occurs again and I now discovered that if the problem occurs it occurs after charging the watch. Last night for example I charged the watch till 23:00 when I woke up the next day, the battery was 21% down and the heart rate graph showed flat lines of 59 bpm (the graph is in the attachments). And if the battery is draining, it drains till 0% in a day.

I've discovered that the workaround for this problem is to do the following steps after removing the watch from the charger:
1. 30 seconds light button so watch shutdown
2. 30 seconds light button, watch is restarting and shutdown again (only the garmin triangle has been on the display)
3. Turn on the watch again.

Often after this action the watch and battery works normal. Sometimes I have to repeat these steps.

Now I always do this procedure and hope it will work. Often I see it had an effect if I look in the heart rate graph the day after (hope to see no flat lines).

This can't be normal. I'm wondering if more people have the same problem/bug?

What can I do to resolve it? I charge the watch with the use of my edge 810 adapter, is this wrong?

If someone needs some logs, please tell me which so I can send them.
