Is that no sleep data on GCM and GC web? (otherwise it could be an issue with either platform). If it is, then what it your sleep time set to? When did you go to sleep and when did you wake up? Also do you have the optical HR and activity tracking on?
No changes on any settings. Last night I charged it for an hour. Sleep time set at 11 PM & awake at 7:10. Had to manually set this am. Maybe taking off & charging altered it.
If you were, this could be the reason why the sleep was not automatically detected (causing you to need to manually enter the sleep times). Devices with OHR will use the sensor to detect if the device is being worn or not. If heart rate is not detected for a long enough period during the normal sleep time then sleep data is not displayed.
Sometimes I also see that there are some days that the sleep interval is not auto detected, normally on weekends because my sleep and wakeup times are quite different than the settings I have deffined in GC, so sometimes I have to edit manually the start and end sleep times to make the sleep data to appear in GC. My problem is that when I edit it manually, the interval time appears in GC in a light uniform blue color, in effect without night detected movement or deep sleep intervals (see first and last day of attached image). I come from a VA3, and with the VA3 even if the sleep interval time was not autodetected and then edited manually it also showed deep sleep intervals and detected movement in different blue colors. Is it normal that the 645 doesn't do it? (as I understand that the information shown in GC comes from the server part). ciq.forums.garmin.com/.../1334770.png
same happened to me with my vivoactive 3 two times this week. i also started a thread there, but it might also be a GC or GCM general issue. i went to bed at normal times, no settings changed compared to the days that worked, also a weird problem when calculating weekly totals in sleep time. i added three pictures as well. https://forums.garmin.com/forum/into-sports/health-fitness/vivoactive-3-aa/1336029-sleep-problems-again
