Jaybird headphones not connecting

are you talking about pairing it to your watch the first time? if so, I think the trick is that you can not have any other device close by. for example when I tried to pair my heart rate strap and foot pod I had to walk away from my husband's heart rate strap and put the foot pod in the other room. Once I did that I could pair the strap. repeated the process for the foot pod. I didn't happen to have any of those around when i did the headphones, but I am sure it is the same process. once they are paired there doesn't seem to be a problem.

yes I’m just talking about the headphones connecting to the watch.
i had no troubles the first time.
But overnight and at present I cannot re-connect the head phones
i have tried everything and still nothing...
I and we have been all waiting for a watch like this to come onto the market but I may as well return the bloody thing if it can’t do the basic task.

Did you turn on the headphones before trying to connect and do they have power? My headphones give a whoosh noise when powering on and I get a rapidly blinking blue LED before they are ready to connect to the 645. I then press play on the 645 and I get a bing-bong and they are connected.

After countless attempts hours ago.... it has just mysteriously connected!
it has just connected even with having my iPhone next to me and being set to having Bluetooth on.

Now it is recognising to connect to Jaybird run!

Are the headphones connected to your iPhone as well? If so that could well be the issue here. The headphones can only connect to one thing at a time. If they were connected to the iPhone then they can’t connect to the 645. Next time you have an issue then turn off Bluetooth on the phone and see if that helps

So just went out for a run.....
my jaybird run headphones connected fine indoor use is perfect when it came to running outside... I had issues it would cut in and out and as I have just read a few other posts when my arm was by my side and furthest away from my ear it would barely connect and would just cut in and out very poorly.

I will try my right hand next time but yeah it’s not a very promising start.

on the positive the gps tacking was spot on!

Headphonesnowork, how did the Jaybird Runs do on the right hand? I am interested in the Jaybird Runs. I currently have the Jaybird X2s and have only tried on the left arm. They start out choppy and then reduce to a small skip every few songs.
