"Open App on Phone" message

My 645M simply will not maintain a connection with my phone (Galaxy S7). It always says "open app on phone." The app is open, but it almost always says that my 645M is disconnected. If I hit "sync," it will sometimes connect for an instant and then disconnect. I've tried unpairing and repairing, restarting both, etc. Doesn't seem to help.

I never had this issue with the 935. I don't recall ever having to fiddle with its connection; if I was in range, it was connected and getting data, period.

Anyone else having issues.

    I get this as well.It usually occurs after a failed wifi synch.I have had to powercycle the watch to get the connection working again.
  • My 645M has been connecting to a Galaxy S7 without problems since I got it first week in March. I only remember a single instance of losing Bluetooth connection with the phone and needed to play with it a bit to get back the connection and i think I had been playing with settings.
