I have the Jaybird X3s and Plantronic Backbeat Fit, and both headphones have pretty significant dropouts with the 645. I wear the watch on my left wrist and I’m 6’ tall.
An update: wearing the 645 on my right wrist “fixes” the issue with the jaybird x2 headphones. Annoying, as I’ve always worn watches on my left wrist, but good to know that there’s a workaround if the stuttering gets too annoying.

If I could make a suggestion/request: the more information the better when it comes to knowing if a pair of headphones works well. In particular, it would be great to know which wrist people are wearing the watch on, which side the headphones have the controller on, and whether we’re talking indoor or outdoor. If a post just says “I tried X headphones and they are working flawlessly,” with no other info, it’s hard to know whether that will be replicable for the next person.
I have the Skullcandy Ink'd (I really like them, the sound is good) and as Skullcandy is partnered with Garmin and the 645m, I'd say the Method is a safe bet! I have a pair of the JBL minis on the list too. A bit more expensive and I like them too.
Is this offer still available, and did you have to buy the earphones at the same time as the 645 from the Garmin web store?
Anyone have headphones that don’t drop/stutter at all when the watch is worn on the left wrist for outdoor running? Seems like most of them work better with the watch on the right wrist, unfortunately.
