Anyone noticed a sudden drop in heart rate during the day . Mine is usually 50 on the button while at my desk at work and while sleeping . The odd time I notice a sudden drop over 5/10 mins. 40bpm
never while sleeping it will do this only awake.??? I know this as I have an actual wearable monitor with ecg patches I occasionally use for reference
