Swimming with Forerunner45s

Dear all, I'm a newbee with my new forerunner45s

How can I use my forerunner45s to record swimming in a pool?

What should I do to get this information?

Is there any compatible APP?

You can't change it from the application

Doesn't show up in activities on watch

It appears as another, it does not appear as swimming because it does not have this sport

Swimming is not supported, as there is no swimming activity profile on the Forerunner 45 watch.

Not aware of a CIQ app that you could use, but you could try searching - Connect IQ Store | Free Watch Faces and Apps | Garmin
